• Check-in 3pm on Friday and Check out 11 am on Sunday.

• Guest Count up to 52

• On Site Accommodations for up 36 Guests (We can accommodate up to 52 with additions).

• Variety of Tables and Chairs included

• Professional planning services Required

• Choose your professional caterer and Bar Package from our list of approved vendors or choose your own.

• (Event fee applied to all vendor packages)

Accommodations (min. charge 36 Guests):

The exclusive use of The Fire Mountain Inn property for 3 days (2 nights)

Up to 12 extra guests may be accommodated on sleeper sofas for an extra charge.

Up to 4 extra guests may be accommodated in Manor House Luxury Suite.

 

Off Season weekends: Dec -April

Year round, Tuesday – Thursday only (Excluding Holidays).

• Monday-Thursday

• Check-in 9 am Check out 4pm.

• Guest Count up to 52

• On Site Accommodations for up 52 Guests

• Choose your professional caterer and Bar Package from our list of approved vendors or choose your own.

• (Event fee applied to all vendor packages)

 

Birthday | Celebration Package

• Tuesday-Thursday or less than 3 months away with approval.

• Use of venue for 6 Hours

• Guest Count up to 40

• Chairs

• Venue Manager to co-ordinate.

• Choose from our list of approved Vendors or choose your own. (venue fee added to all vendor charges)

• Venue Fee + Venue manager fee if used.

 

Vendor List, contracts, license and insurance must be submitted 60 days prior to event.
